Pass Your Gas (“we”, “us”) runs passyourgas.ca, an online study tool for the Ontario G2 gas technician exam. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

Why we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask to receive them.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site. They only process your information to provide their service to us:

Some of these providers store data in the United States. Information stored outside Canada may be accessible to authorities in that country under its laws.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and study history while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons (such as purchase records, which we keep for up to 7 years).

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account. Email info@passyourgas.ca and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We only use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and our providers follow industry security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
