These terms are an agreement between you and Pass Your Gas (“we”, “us”), based in Ontario, Canada, for use of passyourgas.ca. By creating an account or buying access, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. What you’re buying

• A one-time payment of $69.99 CAD gives you access to the full Pass Your Gas question bank for 180 days from the date of purchase.
• This is not a subscription. You will not be charged again automatically. When your access ends, you can buy another 180 days if you want to.
• Access is delivered immediately after payment, online only. Nothing is shipped.

2. All sales are final

Because you get full access to the digital content immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, including if you change your mind, don’t use the site, or don’t pass your exam.

We will refund you in these situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You paid but never received access, and we couldn’t fix it within 7 days of you emailing us.
• The site is unavailable for an extended period, and we can’t restore your access.
• Where a refund is otherwise required by Ontario law.

To ask for a refund in one of these situations, email info@passyourgas.ca within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We’ll fix genuine problems quickly.

3. Your account

• Your account is for one person only. Do not share your login.
• You must give a real email address and keep your sign-in secure.
• We may suspend or close accounts that are shared, resold or used to copy our content, without a refund.

4. Our content

All questions, answers, explanations and other content on Pass Your Gas are our original work and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal study only. You may not copy, screenshot in bulk, scrape, republish, share or sell any of our content, or use it to build another product.

5. Not official, and no guarantee

• Pass Your Gas is an independent study tool. We are not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA), CSA Group, or any school or training provider.
• Our questions are practice material written to help you study. They are not actual exam questions.
• We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam.
• We work hard to keep content accurate, but codes and standards change. Always rely on the current official code books (such as CSA B149.1), your training materials and your instructor. Do not use this site as a reference for real gas work. Follow the applicable codes, manufacturer instructions and the law on every job.

6. Limits of our liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses (such as exam fees, lost wages or lost opportunities) arising from your use of the site. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 180 days.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002 that cannot legally be waived.

7. Changes

We may update the site and these terms. If we make a significant change, we’ll update the date above. Changes won’t reduce the access period you already paid for.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
